Taining Critical Care Phsicians From Sudan:
Upon the directive from the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, and based on instruction of His Excellency – Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, Chief Executive Officer, National Guard Health Affairs, the Intensive Care Department started to accept trainees in Critical Care from Sudan on a 3-month rotation in the Advanced Critical Care Course (ACCC).
International Critical Care:
Members of the Intensive Care department have contributed as speakers, scientific committee members, and organizers of several critical care symposia in Dubai, Kuwait, Bahrain, Indonesia, Syria, Hong Kong, Canada, and USA. Scientific presentations have also been given in many symposia in Europe, USA, and other countries. Dr. Arabi is on the Steering Committee of the Fundamentals of Critical Care Support (FCCS) Course in USA and was for 6 years a member of the MKCAP). Members of the Intensive Care department are reviewers for multiple international peer-review journals. |
