The Ambulatory Care Project has made a huge leap in healthcare delivery to patients. It is considered a major component in the medical specialties; and a nucleus for the specialized medical care services provided to National Guard employees, their dependants, and the patients referred from Primary Health Care Centers and the other medical facilities either from inside or outside the Kingdom.
In recent years there were several tasks and plans, which were successfully accomplished. Overall improvement of clinic performance by reviewing the utilization of resources and developing corrective measures to improve areas of concerns has been one of the major achievements.
