Dear Visitors,

We appreciate the purpose of your visit to reassure the patient and to lift up his spirits. However, in order to ensure the best possible patient care it is advisable that visitors abide by the following guidelines:

General Rules:

• Only 4 visitors per patient are allowed at a time.
• Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to visit a patient unless authorized by Social Services in special cases according to certain procedures in order to prevent any cross infection.
• Nurses have the right to refuse the acceptance of children for preventative reasons.
• Visitors are not allowed to view a patient’s file.
• Inquiries to the medical team should only be directed after completion of their rounds.
• No flowers or plants are allowed in the Hepatobiliary Unit.

Visiting hours

• In-patient visiting hours:
• From Saturday to Wednesday: from 7 pm to 9:30 pm
• During Thursday and Friday: from 3 pm to 9:30 pm

• Neonatal Intensive Care Unit visiting hours:
• Open visitation for the parents and grandparents

• ICU visiting hours (Trauma Unit):
• First visit: from 10 am to 7 pm
• Second visit: from 8 pm to 10 pm

• ICU visiting hours (Burns Unit):
• First visit: from 3 pm to 5 pm
• Second visit: from 7 pm to 9 pm

• ICU visiting hours (Liver Disease Patients):
• Open visitation hours

• Visiting hours for Cardiac Care Unit
• First visit: from 10 am to 10:15 am
• Second visit: from 12 pm to 12:15 pm
• Third visit: from 4 pm to 4:15 pm
• Fourth visit: from 8 pm to 8:15 pm
