- The initial interview is a key step in the recruitment process, its goal is to identify the applicant’s goals, desires and interests, as well as, the city they want to work in (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al-Ahsa). Based on its results they will be nominated to a suitable position, then send to the concerned departments for the final interview.
- The initial interview evaluation process depends on a number of points, most importantly :

- GPA – Percentage.
- Experience.
- Training Courses.
- Communication & Interactive Skills.
Note: Some administrative positions requires the applicants to pass a typing exam, which will be held after the initial interview. |
