The mission of In-patient Services is to provide proactive and effective solutions for optimum bed utilization practices by identifying areas within the hospital where improved bed utilization can be applied. To do this effectively, our primary focus is now bed utilization, which includes developing and/or initiating effective hospital policies and programs to improve the efficient use of inpatient beds. It also includes collecting accurate statistical data to make fact based bed utilization decisions and measure performance outcomes.
