The mission of the laboratory is to provide the highest quality for the patients of NGHA, Standards of which will be in-line with the performance improvement plan of the Hospital.

• To promote a continuing Quality Improvement plan with employees involvement, in order to expand their knowledge.
• To provide the highest quality for the patients.
• To recruit and train Saudi personal, To assume the primary staffing and Management in the Laboratory.
• To provide Continuing Education for staff.

To encourage collaborative practice with other related departments in order to realize integrated patient care.
