Acute lymphoblastic and myeloid leukemias; lymphomas, aplastic anaemia, neuroblastoma, sarcomas, myelodysplastic syndrome.

Procedures

  • Chemotherapy administration

  • Bone marrow aspiration, lumbar puncture (assisting)

  • Non invasive cardiac, respiratory, blood pressure and oxygen saturation monitoring

  • Airway Management, Physical Assessment, Medication Administration

  • Conscious sedation, Peripheral intravenous cannulation, central venous catheter management.

  • Point of care testing – blood glucose testing, urinalysis

  • Total Parenteral Nutrition administration

  • Administration of blood and blood products

  • Enteral feeds and device management

  • Pre and Post operative care

  • Bone marrow / stem cell transplantation

  • End of life care
