The Department of Clinical Nutrition, KKNGA Jeddah has grown and expanded significantly during the past few years in terms of staff numbers and services provided. Clinical Nutrition services is constantly expanding.

Services provided by the Department:

• Full time coverage of all inpatient areas and different general and specialized Outpatient clinics (adults and pediatrics), including walk-in patients.
  
• We render a service to the longterm Dar Al Amman centre as well as outside PHC clinics such as Iskan clinic, Bahara clinic and Al Waha clinic.
  
• Comprehensive services to the Hemodialysis unit and the Oncology Center with dietitians appointed to each area.
  
• The Department is actively involved in training internship students and Saudi Career Development Program (SCDP) dietitians.
  
• Lectures to nurses, physicians and other staff.
  
• Dietians regularly participates in presentations during workshops and symposiums inside as well as outside the hospital.
