  • Morning Report is held Saturday through Wednesday for all house staff at each teaching facility. Cases are presented and discussed by house staff with teaching points made by faculty (Sunday – Resident presentation;  Monday- Grand Round presentation, Wednesday – Case of the Week)

  • Teaching and patient management rounds with the ward physician usually follow Morning Report.

  • There are didactic and interactive Conferences on a daily basis that cover a wide range of topics relevant to house staff and student education in Internal Medicine. These include a medical emergency series, resident presentations, and journal clubs.
