First: Primary Healthcare Clinics:
NGHA employees and their dependants who have files at the hospital can book their appointment through the following primary healthcare clinics:

- First Brigade Palace and Second Brigade Clinic
- King Khalid Military Academy Clinic
- Prince Bader Residential City Clinic
- Headquarters Clinic
- Private Brigade Clinic

- Employee Health Clinic, KAMC
- King Abdulaziz Residential City Polyclinic & Satellite Clinics (10)
- King Abdulaziz Residential City Family Practice Clinic
- King Abdulaziz Residential City Urgent Care Center
- Healthcare Specialty Clinic Primary Care Clinic

Second: The Hospital:
The hospital will book new appointments for patients (NGHA employees) who are officially transferred from primary healthcare centers. Important information:
- When there are any changes in the registered information at the hospital e.g. changes in your social status, address or telephone number, you have to inform the registration desk.
- The hospital is obligated to provide treatment for medical cases that are referred to the hospital excluding emergency cases.
- Treatment instructions will remain valid until expiration which is noted in the hospital medical ID card.
- Your use of another patient's card is medically dangerous to which you will be held accountable.
- When you come to the clinic, bring your medical reports, lab tests results and medications (if available) to help the doctor in diagnosing and treating your condition.
- You have to be at the hospital 15 minutes before the appointment unless you are told otherwise.
- Children who are not patients are not allowed at the hospital.
- You have to change your appointment or cancel it if you can't come at least a day before the appointment.
- If you don't show up to your appointment without canceling or rebooking you will be transferred to the primary healthcare center for initial examination and evaluating whether or not you need to be treated at the hospital.
Appointment desk has all information needed regarding enquiries about booking, appointments, canceling or rebooking appointments.
Patients are notified about their booked appointments via SMS five days before the appointment and again 24 hours before the appointment.
