| How do I request a copy of my medical records? |
Medical records may be requested by contacting the Medical Records department. |

| What are the visiting hours? |
Visiting hours in the hospital are from 5-9pm. No visitors will be permitted before or after the stated visiting hours. The length of the visit should be no more than 30 minutes per visitor in all hospital wards. |

| What is Ambulatory Care and what are the working hours? |
The Ambulatory Care Center is a 6 story out-patient care center that provides medical services to NGHA patients. Inside you will find a pharmacy, admissions, appointments, registration eligibility offices, laboratory, medical imaging, patient referrals, social services dept., and medical records section.
The working hours are: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:00am-4:00pm
Sunday9:00am-4:00pm
