King Abdullah Specialist Children Hospital
Children are an essential pillar of any society, as they represent the building blocks for the future and will hold the torch for the improvement of our national treasure. Ensuring their health growth and protection will improve the development and vitality for our nation.
The Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs sought to provide a specialized hospital for children to be the nation's most advanced children’s hospital. Thus, the Royal Court has issued the approval, symbolized by the foundation stone laid by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on 09 of Jumada Al Aker 1429H, to establish this medical institution to be a unique addition to King Abdulaziz Medical City as part of the new medical complex.
This unique medical institute is named King Abdullah Specialized Children’s Hospital, which is the first medical referral institute that will serve the most important part of any society's demographic, “The Children”.
This establishment embodies the fatherhood of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. His compassion and generosity have been demonstrated on numerous occasions and this exceeds the limits of our country and extends to children of many other Arab, Islamic, and European countries.
