MNG-HA Amongst the Top 15 Government Agencies in the Maturity Index of E-Government Services
The Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs is ranked amongst the top 15 government agencies in the maturity index of e-government services in the Kingdom, and also ranked amongst the highest level in regards to the electronic transformation of government services in the health sector, according to the latest e-Government Program (Yesser) for the second quarter of 2019.
The e-Government Maturity Index is a tool to assess the level of development and increase the transparency and reliability of business processes for e-government services provided to the general beneficiaries. Additionally, it contributes to raising the United Nations Online Services Index, which is one of the United Nations’ indicators in the development of e-government and is one of the key performance indicators implemented by the National Transformation Program 2020.
This achievement reflects the progress made by The Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs in the field of electronic services to raise the level of quality and efficiency of the services provided and to simplify the procedures related to them, in addition to the exchange of information in a safe manner to reach the best practices and international standards.
