 Transitional unit: Diabetes, CVA, dementia, respiratory disease (Chronic Ventilator), TBI, spinal injuries, physical and intellectual disabilities, neurological disorders, muscular dystrophy.  Closed head injuries, MVA'S, anoxic brain damage
