Maintaining and keeping the Delinquency percentage always in compliance and remaining below SANG-HA standard
Assist in training students from IPA universities and staff from other hospitals
Educational sessions were given to Physicians regarding Medical Records legible entries/entry correction in patients’ files
Successful implementation of New Dictation System
Successful contribution in providing Top 10 diagnosis/procedure during JCI surveys via ICD-10-AM
The department also created an in-house Deficiency Tracking System
Accomplished construction of the 3rd offsite storage building for inactive records
