QM Performance Improvement & Audit
Quality Management Performance Improvement and Audit is operated by the ED QM Specialist who plans, designs, coordinates and oversees execution of audits approved by the ED Chairman.
He also analyses the data outputs to generate official reports to the respective authorities via the ED Chairman. He is assisted by (3) three Patient Care Technicians (PCT’s).
