In alignment with the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs’ (MNGHA) commitment to providing accurate, up-to-date, and user-relevant digital content, clear and approved procedures are in place to manage the digital content lifecycle. These procedures include archiving, regular updates, and content removal when no longer needed, and are governed by the following controls:

First: Oversight and Development

All digital platforms and channels are under the direct supervision of MNGHA senior leadership and are developed and updated in coordination with the relevant technical departments, including:

  • Public Relations and Media Affairs Department
  • General Department of Information Technology
  • Digital Transformation Committee
  • Relevant operational departments

This oversight ensures that platforms align with institutional policies and digital governance requirements.

Second: Responsible Entity for Publishing and Content Management

  • Preparing and reviewing informational and awareness content prior to publishing to ensure consistency with MNGHA’s official policies and messaging.

  • Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., IT, Human Resources, Medical Services) to update information and launch digital campaigns as needed.

  • Managing social media accounts, including publishing, audience engagement, and ongoing performance monitoring.
